I’m trying to lose weight for my holiday at the end of july. My goal is to lose 5 stone before hand, I’ve already lost a stone since January so I think this could be a quite reasonable goal. I’ve taken to eating healthy, and running 2 miles a day, and I’ve more recently started doing 100 sit ups a day – But I really want to do more… does weight watchers actually help? does anyone have any success stories?
I was curious to see if I pay for several months of Weight Watchers up front, can I go to a different location if I don’t like the one I signed up with? I am worried I will be committed for months and not like the location. Thanks!!

For my AS Level Food Technology coursework my project is based on low-fat meals, so I thought I’d do a page about slimming clubs. E.g Weight Watchers. Please can someone explain to me clearly how the points system works because I’m struggling to understand it at the moment.
I read somewhere that you have to exercise for 1 hour 6 days a week if you’re on weight watchers. Is that true?
I work full time and go to school at night. By the time I come home at night, I’d be too tired to do cardio and weight lifting for 1 hour. I might be able to squeeze in 15 minutes cardio, but nothing more.
