I have friends who are experts at losing weight. They can lose 100 pounds in half a year. That’s a little fast to be losing weight, but their bodies have proven to be able to handle it. They do this by exercising. One friend of mine runs on the treadmill for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. He eats a very healthy diet and is never hungry. This is because he is burning more calories than he is taking in.
Finally, do not fall prey to crazy dieting fads. If you try to depend on these little tricks you’ll most likely end up failing. Do not believe anyone who tells you that you can lose weight easily just by taking a pill or only eating a certain kind of food, like grapefruit or cabbage soup. Losing weight is painfully simple, however it is extremely hard for many people to actually carry out.
Here’s a little trick. First set yourself a short-term goal. Commit to losing 10 pounds in eight weeks. Do not step on a scale during this 10 week.. Plan out a healthy diet where you are eating no more than 2000 calories a day. If you can, eat only 1500 calories a day. Then, to your favorite exercise for one hour a day. This can be a brisk walk around the park or on a treadmill. More, you could jog lightly for one hour. Be sure to start out slowly and build up to one hour. When you step on the scale and eight weeks you will blow your mind.
