I am following the program and keeping up with all my points.Today was my first weigh in. I didn’t loose anything. I didn’t work out this week though. Is that why I didn’t loose any weight?

I was on Weight Watchers back in 2005 and I think the daily point allowance has since changed. I’m 5′7″, 225 lbs and 25 years old. Can you tell me how many daily points I would get? Thanks in advance!
If some one can help me either by letting me know a sight or telling me how many i am allowed that would be great…
I am a 40 year old mother of 2, i am 5′5″ and weigh 179 lbs. Yes that means i am a female who desperatly needs to loose weight. Thank you
I was thinking about joining weight watchers online and I wanted to know if it has worked for anyone and did you like it? I know alot of people have done the regular meetings and it has worked, but I really wanted to try online first.Anything helps! Thanks alot!
I am 19yrs old and currently 220lbs. I weighed 150 lbs when I started taking birth control. I am 5′5 and pretty curvy so 150 was the perfect weight for me. I have tried everything from exercise, diet’s, diet pills, having my thyroid tested (results were normal) and have recently changed my prescription. I also just signed up for weight watchers and I really want to know if its going to work or am I going to get disappointed again?
I would like to join weigth watchers but since I have a baby 7 months all I think would be better to do it online..what would you people recomend ?can I show up to a meeting if I have concerns? I only need to drop like 25 pounds is 3 months a good compromise?
have. Is there a free site to help give menus or point values of food done by Weight Watchers?
Does anyone know how many points sex is worth on the weight watchers point chart?
Obviously it’s not on the WW chart but does anyone have an idea
i know nothing about weight watchers
how about 24 points a day?is that a lot?
They always say “results not typical” when they are talking about a member’s weight loss success. Approximately what percentage of people who join such organizations manage to stick to the plan and lose a significant amount of weight?
