Atkins diet transition to Weight Watchers?
I only really want someone who has been on and off the diet before to answer this. I have lost about 30 pounds on the Atkins diet but really want to start eating healthy again, but don’t know how to safely transition back to carbs without gaining alot of the weight back. I know that some weight gain is inevitable, but I was thinking about switching over to weight watchers. Any help on how to do this without ruining everything? Thanks!

If you join Weight Watchers, I would suggest you try their Core program. This programs is a list of healthy that are low energy density. If you eat foods that are not core you have to use your extra weekly points.

Atkins IS healthy if you are doing it properly.
Perhaps you need to read the book, it describes in detail the proper way to add some carbs back to your diet.
