Do I really have to exercise for 1 hour with Weight Watchers?
I read somewhere that you have to exercise for 1 hour 6 days a week if you’re on weight watchers. Is that true?
I work full time and go to school at night. By the time I come home at night, I’d be too tired to do cardio and weight lifting for 1 hour. I might be able to squeeze in 15 minutes cardio, but nothing more.
Would Weight Watchers work for someone with a busy schedule like me? Do I have to cook as well?
exercise, hour, really, Watchers, weight
why dont u just get in a good diet and and squeeze 15 minutes a day of High intensity interval training.
lossing weight = 80% good diet 20% cardio
Get up an hour early… or split up your workouts into 2-30 minute sessions.
If you only get 15 min of exercise, it won’t be enough. You need a MINIMUM of 35 minutes a day to get any real benefit from working out.
I work full time, and I am a mom of 2… I usually do a 1 hour spinning class before work or on my lunch break… and then swim laps for 30-60 minutes in the evening.
I know a full schedule makes things more difficult to work out… but if you are determined to get healthy, it’s important.
If you can only do the minimum 35 minutes… then just do that to start… your results won’t be as good, but you will still see some. Then as you get into a routine, you can try to increase your workouts little by little.
Good luck
