Does anyone know about the bonus points for Weight Watchers?
Weight Watchers give you an extra 35 bonus points for the week) this is NOT the exercise points). Does anyone know if you still loose weight if you use the 35 points every week? I have 24 points to eat a day but I am thinking this is not enough because I am starving. I’d like to dip into my 35 points but am afraid it is going to effect my weight loss

Yes…you will still lose weight. I lost 25 lbs. on WW and ALWAYS dipped into my bonus points…I usually used all of them.
Thats if you don’t cheat. But I’m pretty sure thats right. For like dessert and junk. But I heard it was only 20. (Look on the sight for reference).
Ways to help? Get the book! Go on the website! When I first started I was eating all the wrong recepies that left me hungry. Try out new ones you might have been wary of before. There are so many that fill you up for an extra two points a meal!
Even after that, if you find that it is still not filling, and you are really struggling, buy their boxed frozen food, at six points a box you can eat two for lunch and two for dinner, and have a light breakfast compiled of fruits that don’t cost you points.
Unless you are following a rigorous exercise routine I would stay away from the 35 bonus points. There are things you can do to feel fuller while using only your daily points. If the tips in the article below don’t help you can start dipping into those bonus points, but use as little as possible.
My wife is a lifetime WW member, and the only time that she has used those bonus point was on special occasions, such as holiday dinners and such. She lost 50 lbs in the first 6 months and has maintained for 2 years. Good Luck!
