Does the new Weight Watchers program really work?
Has anyone here tried the new Weight Watchers Momentum program? If so, does it really work? Is it easy to figure out what you can or cannot eat? Is it good for Diabetics?
program, really, Watchers, weight, work
I lost 70lb on WW several years ago- I maintained for a year but had a terrible year and gained back like 30 pounds. I am slowly introducing it back into my life. It is just common sense- eat less, eat healthier, no gimics- what makes the difference is the support you recieve and the accountability of having to weigh-in weekly.
My wife lost nearly 50 lbs on it 2 years ago and has kept it all off. I started a few weeks ago and have lost 8 pounds so far. Today is my third weigh in and I expect to lose another 2-3 pounds.
I have been on it for 3 full weeks and lost over 11 lbs. I love it
I have been on it for 3 weeks and have lost 10 lbs. I also feel healthier and have started excercising as a result of being so proud of myself. Its the first time Ive been able to lose weight. And its not a diet, its just making healthy choices.
