For the new Weight Watchers Momentum, what are the more filling foods?
I’ve seen the new commercials for Weight Watcher Momentum, can anyone tell me what the more filling foods are that WW recommends you eat? Thanks!

A filling food is a food that is high in fiber and water and low in calories and fat, but also fills you up. Examples are fruits and vegetables, fat free dairy products, whole wheat grains, and just overall what you would probably consider “healthy” foods.

From my personal experience, I think boiled eggs, cabbage and whole grain pasta to be the three most filling foods.
