How can I keep my blood sugar up while doing Weight Watchers?
Since I’ve started Weight Watchers I’ve found that my hypoglycemia kicks in a lot more throughout the day. It also happens every time I work out at the gym. What can I do to stick to my points target and keep my sugar from falling all day?

Make sure to split up your meals so you are eating small meals/snacks throughout the day. Every 2-3 hours have *something* to eat.
Amanda has it right. I’ve been having the same issue and it definitely helps by eating the smaller portions more often. Good luck with the WW!
