How do I find out how many daily points I get with Weight Watchers?

I have been a member of Weight Watchers before, but do not still have the chart that told me how to figure my points allowance. I cannot afford to be a member at the moment but would still like to do it on my own for now and join later when I can afford it for moral support. I know its based on you gender, age, height, current weight, and activity level, but I don’t know how many points you get for each.

I’m not sure where the above information came from…

I am a 30 yr. old male, 230#, ’sit-down all day’ job, 5′11″; and I get 36 points a day. It’s quite hard to eat 36 points when you’re eating healthy foods, I’ve found.

For further reference, my wife is 4′8″, 128#, stands most of the day at work, and gets 21 points a day.
