you have to tell them your height and age and a weight watchers consultant will tell you how many points you need per day. i would say its worth it. i have lost 9.5 lbs in a month. and thats cheating on sundays, which i need to stay sane! but if you arent into meetings, you can sign up online. the website helps you by giving advice, recipes, and point values for food. plus you can enter in the nutritional info for food that isnt listed and it will tell you the points value. the more fiber in food, the less points it will cost you.
there is a lot of food that you can have on the diet. i love progresso soup. its low in calories and high in fiber. plus hostess 100 calorie cupcakes (chocolate only) are only 1 point! theyre great when i crave chocolate. lean cuisine, smart ones, and now healthy choice give you the points for the meal right on the box. just watch out for sodium. weight watchers doesnt mean deprivation, you can have fast food, its just portion control. good luck and give it a try, what can ya lose?
it goes by weight ………. so aah if you know someone who you used to work with that like dieted and stuff you should email them they can tell you……and they can check if they have an extra pt. counter if you need it……..good luck!
