How many average Weight Watchers points per meal?

I have been having problems getting all my points in daily.
What is the average number of points per meal?
I need 28 and have been eating around 20-23.

I’m so confused and the people on the weight watchers website were pretty rude. So please nice answers..

Thanks=]

    Like a hamburger and fries I count as 12points, 2bags of chips and nacho cheese 10points, 20chips, 3points…If you have a basic meal just count as 10. Haha that’s so funny I can only have 28 to. Hope this helped.

    there is no average, that is the point of it, you can eat what you want, and eating what you want means one meal could have 250 cal, and the next could have 800. it really varies.
    just eat more snacks in between your meals to meet the 28

    I’m on weight watchers and i know a lean cuisine is around 3-6 points.
    They have recipes on the website if you need to look at those. Most of them are pretty good :)

    You may find it easier to use all of your points if you start eating 4-5 smaller meals instead of 3 meals. Usually my days go something like this (I get 35 points):

    Breakfast #1: 2 points
    Breakfast #2: 2-3 points
    Lunch: 7-10 points
    Midday snack: 0-1 points
    Dinner: Most of the remaining points saving 1-2 for later
    Evening snack: 1-2 points

    Be sure to get all of your fruit and veggie servings in and incorporate foods with lots of fiber to help keep you satisfied. Good luck!
