how many daily points do you use on weight watchers?
I’m trying to figure out how many points I can have a day on weight watchers and I can’t find out on the website how many daily or weekly points I can have.
I am 5′5″ and I weigh 137 pounds, how many can I have?

I dont use weightwatchers, but i looked it up and i think its like 23, im 5′9” 160 pounds and 18 years old if it helps!
it depends on your weight.
It will depend on your weight. The more you weigh, the more points you get. Then as you lose weight the points become less.
)
The points you are allowed depends on how much you weigh. I am on Weight Watchers right now and and I weigh 175. I am allowed to have 24 points a day. Once I get below 174 pounds I can have 22 points. Then once I get to 150 pounds and below I can have 20 points a day. You are also allowed 35 bonus points a week in addition to your daily allotment. You can use these 35 points any way you want (spread over a week or all in one day). The system works. I was on the plan 3 years ago and lost 30 pounds in 3 months. Good luck!
Here is the formula. Answer all the questions then total up your score. This the allowed points with weight watchers. Just keep in mind that as you loose weight, your points will change. Also sometimes when you have a birthday it changes. So periodically recalculate your points allowed. This is your daily points allowed.
