How many daily Weight Watchers points for me? ?

I was on Weight Watchers back in 2005 and I think the daily point allowance has since changed. I’m 5′7″, 225 lbs and 25 years old. Can you tell me how many daily points I would get? Thanks in advance!

The overall points you can have hasn’t changed. It’s a patented formula that was created by weight watchers.

What has changed since then is a list of core foods that you can eat from to satisfy hunger (without counting anything), and then you can have a smaller number of points each day from the list of foods that does have points on it. Just go back to what you were doing before :)

Congratulations to you for asking.. This is one of the best weight loss programs around… Results are dramatic if you stick with it… In answer to your question.. Here is the chart:
    175 to 199 pounds 22-27 daily points
    200 to 224 pounds 24-29 daily points
    225 to 249 pounds 26-31 daily points

Good Luck and remember watch the sides and salad dressings, they add up fast..

Also try the weight watchers ice cream cups.. Eat then slow and enjoy the flavor in your mouth before you just swallow it.. It will take care of the cravings..

    Have a Great Day!

    Nusing mom…..12

    Age

    Weight
First two digits of weigh (you would be 22)

    Height

    Daily Activity

To find your daily points allowance, give yourself the number of points listed next to the option that fits your situation best:

    Your sex:
If you are female- score 2 points
If you are male- score 8
If you are nursing- score 12

    Your age:
    17 to 26- score 4
    27 to 37- score 3
    38 to 47- score 2
    48 to 58- score 1
    Over 58- score 0

    Your current weight:
Enter the first 2 digits of your weight in pounds. If you are 175 lbs for example, you would enter “17″.

    Your height:
    under 5′1″- score 0
    5′1″ to 5′10″- score 1
    Over 5′10″- score 2

Your activity level on most days of the week, how do you spend your day?:
    sitting down- score 0
occassionally sitting, but mostly standing- score 2
walking most of the time- score 4
doing physically hard work most of the time- score 6

Add up all your scored points- that is your daily points target.

As you celebrate your birthday, increase your daily activity, or as you lose weight, you will need to keep retaking this quiz to most accurately figure your points allowance
