many, points, Watchers, weight
This is what you need to do:
You get 2 points for being a female (8 for male)
you add your the first two digets of your weight which is 13
since your age is 17-26 you score 4 points
since your height is 5′1 to 5′10 you score 1 point
and Last you add how much exercise you get during the day
for sitting down mostly you get 0 points
for occasionally sitting down you get 2 points
for walking most of the day you get 4 points
and for physical hard core working out daily you get 6
So you have 20 points all together, and you add this last one daily!
so if one day you work out a lot you get 26 points
If one day you are at work and are on your feet a lot you get 24 points
if for one day you are not really doing anything but you are up and around a lot of the day you get 22 points
but if you spend most of your day just sitting you get 20
I am in the exact same range as you are right now!
I am allowed 20 points a day.
the good thing about weight watchers is that you are allowed 30 points to add to your additional 20-26 points a week, which is awesome!
you can add 5 points extra a day, or just wait till the end of the week and cheat! Its super awesome, and you will get great results!

Hi Natalie, here is an article that you may find helpful. It explains how to calculate your points (the post above is correct) and also goes over how to do WW on your own. Good luck with your goals!
