how much excercise does one have to do with weight watchers?
I want to lose 20 lbs fast! how much excercise is recomended for weight watchers? I know it is about 30 minutes a day, but what kind of excercise? If I want to just walk, how far should I go?

I never used weight watchers and I lost one hundred pounds. I went on a salad-vegetable diet that allowed a little meat, ate 3-4 servings of fruit every day and went swimming 5 times a week. I also ate a lot of plain, fat free yogurt because it does promote better digestion. The over the thumb rule is that we should exercise at least 45 minutes a day 3 times a week……
