I am on weight watchers and wanted to know how much weight I could lose?
I have started on weight watchers from home..I’m not going to weigh ins or meetings since I have two babies under the age of 2 and a full time job. I was wondering on average how much weight the average person loses and how fast. I really want to get back into shape for my kids so I have started this lifestyle change along with excercising. Please let me know if you’ve tried this and what success you’ve had. Thanks to everyone who gives me great advise.
could, know, lose, much, wanted, Watchers, weight
i know this woman on weight watchers who doesnt always go to meetings and she has lost like 60 pounds in like… 6 or 7 months. but you gotta stick to it i guess.
the average is 1-2lbs per week. if you could fit in half an hour 3 times a week, that’ll speed up your weight loss.
I lost 3 stone on ww 2 years ago. It took me 9 months. I have since put 2 back on though, but that is due to changing jobs (not moving much) and not having time to exercise. I’m losing it again slowly though.
Keep going and you’ll get there. Good luck x
wow. u rock.
Why not ask the question from the programmers.
Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Do not go on fast or starvation diet.
Nothing other than water in between.
No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free.
Be patient and not in a hurry.
U cannot choose spots for reduction.
This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.
