I need to lose weight and have pcos will meal replacement bars help?

I wan’t to exercise on a treadmill everyday (speed walking?) and eat one meal a day plus replacement bars? Does this sound like it will work?

Honestly, no. Eating only one meal a day is too hard to maintain, and meal replacement bars get gross after a while. Stick to eating sensible meals, and find a kind of exercise you like and will do, like swimming or dancing or walking a pet. Good luck… my sister in law has PCOS and she has a tough time with weight.

OK cotton, i suffered from pcos too, what i did, i exercised and ate 6 times a day, a snack between every meal, treadmill is good but elliptical will be your best friend, i was 324lbs, and now I’m 236lbs, regular cycles now, those bars probably have a lot of sugar in them, just do it the natural way.

I came across this great product for weight loss (all nautral) and it was excellent for me (it’s a detox colon cleanse). Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
http://slim-get.info , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. A must!
