i started weight watchers and have 70lbs to lose ive lost 17 and bought an exercise bike how long will it take

I just wondered if im doing 8 miles a day on the exercise bike and followin weight watchers how long it will take me to see changes or to lose the amount of weight i have left to lose which is 55lbs?

    it depends show long it took to loose the 17 lbs, people loose weight faster than others.

    good for you! I was just on the Slim Fast site and it has a weight loss calculator that will help you figure out when the weight will be gone. you have to register, but it’s free and they have other good tools to help.

    you have already lost 17?? That is great! You will start seeing results very soon if you don’t already, but to lose the rest of the weight will probably take you at least 6 months if you keep it up! Don’t give up…otherwise you will have to start back at square one some day! Good job!

    You should lose 1-3 pounds a week in order to lose the weight and keep it off at a good rate. This will take counting calories, doing lots of cardio and also some weights as well. Don’t skip out on meals. Drink lots of water. And exercise cardio for over 30 minutes 4-5 times a week.

    Be careful, on weight watchers you should lose 2-3lb a week.
    It won’t take long to see results, follow the plan, eat when you are suppose to, if you skip meals the program is not as effective. Keep up the good work!!!

    If you ride for 30 minutes at a working pace with your heart in a 75% to 85% ( in the zone). You will burn 250 to 275 calories. Two weeks everyday not counting the diet for 1 pound of loss. I hope this helps. Good Job and Good Luck.
