I’d like to try the weight watchers diet, but of course I’m a student and thus a little cheap. I don’t want to pay the $50+ to sign up or anything…
How many calories would a 5′6 140lb female need on the weight watchers to get to 115lbs?
And exercise?
I’m fairly muscular in the butt/legs etc where I think most of my weight goes. So.. how many calories and what’s an example of an average day?
Your help is APPRECIATED
Have the books..don’t want to join yet…but need to know how to determine how many points I should have to lose weight? help!
I want to loose a stone quickly for my wedding and as I have never dieted before, what is this weight watchers diet like? did it work for you ?
I just started a few weeks ago, and seem to have lost a few pounds, but just wanted to ask anyone who’ve used the plan on a long term basis, how much weight did you lose? How Long did it take you? And how frequently did you exercise?
I’m 5′6 and 190 lbs. Just curious if anyone knows how many points i should be eating in a day. I try to stay around the realm 1500-2000 calories a day, but i don’t get much exercise. If anyone has any weight loss tips that helped them I would love to hear it! I’ve had two babies and the weight just doesn’t wanna seem to come off. And has anyone heard of the weight loss drug Phydremine? Thanks for any suggestions!
I keep seeing the ads on tv and these systems cost so much. And if you can have sweets and burgers etc. what is the difference between their food and the same thing I make at home? Do they use special ingrediants? Can i have the same thing at home if I watch my calories? By the way I’ve been on a diet the last 2 months and exercising and losing weight but I’m getting tired of just veggies and etc. How do these people get away with eating what they show on the commercials and still lose weight?
I am 5′2 and I weigh 167. My ideal weight is about 120-130. I don’t get much exercise about 3 days per week. 30 min cardio. I am female and I am 37 years old.
If you don’t drink all of your water, do you not lose the weight?
I know you have to be on the program and get to your goal weight and become a lifetime member. But what training do you go through to be one and does it pay much? I only have 15 more lbs to loose and I will be there and would like to know what it takes to be a WW leader. Thanks
