Help Staying Motivated on Weight Watchers?

I’m 16 and this is my 9th week on weight watchers and I’m starting to lose motivation any tips to keep me going?

im thinking about joining weight watchers but do we HAVE to attend meetings?

i never know where i will be from one day to the next and i just dont have time to go. i noticed on their webpage that you can purchase their “Weight Watchers At Home” standard package (99.95) or deluxe package (129.95) with the tools u need to start (im assuming) BUT what if i get the opportunity to attend meetings? how does that work? can i still attend with no weekly fee OR do i have to pay EXTRA on top of those package costs just to attend meetings?

Which way will I lose more weight on weight watchers?

If I get 20 points a day on weight watchers, do I have to use all of those 20 points in order to lose weight? Someone told me that if I didn’t use all of my 20 points I wouldn’t lose weight.
my points are 18-25, but I usually just base it on 20 points, but for the last two nights I have had like 5.5 and 6.5 points left over and I don’t want to eat late at night. I am just wandering if I eat less than my points will I gain?

im 15 and am interested in using the points system in order to lose some weight. i am 5′1 or 5′2 but i have alot of muscle especially on my legs because i dance for 2 to 3 hours each day for 4 days a week. i am 112 pounds…do i need to lose weight and should i use the points system to do so?

I’ve been to WW before and understand it is an eating modification program – which helps a lot. But I am terrible with the exercise program part of weight loss. Would it be better to invest in Curves for the exercise portion and try to do the WW program on my own? (I can only afford one or the other). For health reasons I really need to lose probably 40 lbs. I want to lose it slow and healthily and keep it off.
