I want to maximize my weight loss with Weight Watchers. Must I use the activity points and weekly bonus points that I earn? Is it unhealthy if I don’t use them?
I am new to weight watchers online how do you swap to count them in the points on activity to your daily points?
A good friend of mine has been trying to get me to try Zumba. I’m on Weight Watchers and would love to add this to my activity points. Does anyone know how to figure out the points, or already know how many points I will get out of one Zumba session?
