What am I doing wrong on Weight Watchers?
I am following the program and keeping up with all my points.Today was my first weigh in. I didn’t loose anything. I didn’t work out this week though. Is that why I didn’t loose any weight?

im doing weight watchers and i just want to know if anybody has any ideas about foods that are filling or desserts/snacks that are low points. Im run out of my points to fast…….

I am currently on the slim fast diet, which works, but I would like to do weight watchers as well. So, can I do weight watchers when on the Slim Fast diet? Does anyone know how many points a Slim Fast Optima Rich Creamy Chocolate Shake is?
I heard the weight watchers is a great diet to maintain and it’s very healthy. I also heard that Curve’s offers a great exercise routine for working mom’s and what not. I have recently joined both at the same time. Just wondering if you have any input about going through with this.

I am currently doing weight watchers, I eat my total points, I drink lots of water, and I exercise. I wanted to start taking a diet supplement that actually works, so I can loose weight quicker. Does anybody know of a diet supplement that does work?

I joined weight watchers last week and i have lost 2.4lbs. Ive been drinking tons of water but this week im sick with a cold and havent been able to get my “points” in as i dont feel like eating. Any advice would be helpful.
