Has anyone lost weight eating weight watchers frozen dinners?

Hi,
I am trying to loose maybe close to 40 pounds by march. I have started the weight watchers things. I only eat two a day but also incorporate a salad and fresh fruit and veggies. Has anyone lost weight on this program?
