I am trying to loose maybe close to 40 pounds by march. I have started the weight watchers things. I only eat two a day but also incorporate a salad and fresh fruit and veggies. Has anyone lost weight on this program?

In other words, if you’re on, say, a 1400-calorie-a-day diet and excersizing regularly, how much of a difference in your weight loss will you see if you eat 1400 calories of McDonalds every day vs. 1400 calories of whole wheat toast and tofu?
