I want to start weight watchers but don’t have the money to join. Does anyone know where to get an updated chart and a place to get the point values of certain foods? I also need to know how to figure out how to determine how many points I am allowed.
I can only seem to find out how to calculate points on food, no information on how many points allowed per day, any help with cool websites regarding weight watchers would be awesome. Thanks
I got the weight watchers point book but it doesnt say anywhere how many points per day I’m allowed/allocated.
