They always say “results not typical” when they are talking about a member’s weight loss success. Approximately what percentage of people who join such organizations manage to stick to the plan and lose a significant amount of weight?
I am thinking about joining one of them, not to lose weight but to learn more about nutrition and porportions.

I know with both plans you have to be committed to it, but which one is easier? And does weight watchers offer pre-packaged meals? How much weight can you lose in two months with either plan?
