I would like to join weigth watchers but since I have a baby 7 months all I think would be better to do it online..what would you people recomend ?can I show up to a meeting if I have concerns? I only need to drop like 25 pounds is 3 months a good compromise?
They always say “results not typical” when they are talking about a member’s weight loss success. Approximately what percentage of people who join such organizations manage to stick to the plan and lose a significant amount of weight?

Im trying really hard to decide which one of the weight watchers are better…the meetings or the online program… I want to start as soon as possibly since there seems to be a lot of deals going on but I really just dont know whats perfect for schedule… HELP!!

There are plenty of overweight and obese men, but I seem to be the only guy at the Weight Watchers meetings I’ve attended. And it’s not like Jenny Craig, LA Weight Loss or the others are any different. Are men just not “joiners”?

I’m thinking about joining weight watchers, but my spouse is currently in Iraq, and with little to no family around getting to the meetings without my two little ones would be impossiable. Does anyone know if they are allowed to attend with partents?
