I’m on Weight Watchers. I couldn’t belive that a 2 oz grilled porchop was 5 points! Can anyone recommend some other foods that are easy to prepare, taste good, will keep my energy up but give me a decent sized portion without spending a lot of points?

Hello, I am lactose intolerant so I can’t take regular weight gainer shakes. Would it be ok for me to take soy protein meal replacement shakes to help me gain weight? Would it help me in anyway compared to just taking plain soy protein?
