I am supposed to start Weight Watchers, but am scared that I am too young. I just want to find a way to get the weight off. So does anyone know if there is a certain age to start Weight Watchers?
I know with both plans you have to be committed to it, but which one is easier? And does weight watchers offer pre-packaged meals? How much weight can you lose in two months with either plan?
