How can I stay on track with weight watchers?

I just started weight watchers two days ago. I seem to go over my points everyday. It’s partly because I am getting out of old habits, like having 3 slices of pizza. I’m just having a hard time feeling satisfied. Does anyone have any advice?

How to track Weight Watchers points without enrolling?

I don’t want to sign up for Weight Watchers because of budget reasons. But I want to track my food intake and compare to Weight Watchers standards. Is there a free way to look up foods to get their Weight Watchers points value? Much appreciated!
