What am I doing wrong on Weight Watchers?
I am following the program and keeping up with all my points.Today was my first weigh in. I didn’t loose anything. I didn’t work out this week though. Is that why I didn’t loose any weight?

michael phelps eats tons of food but he looses weight because he works out like a maniac.
you have to work out to burn the calories. weight watchers food is effective but you have to do your part
Yeah, that is probably why. I am on weight watchers as well and to give myself a bit more of a challenge in the little questionaire you fill out to find out your points allowance I say I am mostly sitting at my job, even though I’m actually on my feat. If you find you dont exercise much, try not to use all your points each day. That can hlep make up for the lack of exercise!
in order to lose 1 pound of body fat, you have to have a defecit of 3500 calories. Thats burning off 500 calories everyday for a week. And no, just eating 500 calories less isnt quite the same thing.

Well actually NO. Exercise is beneficial regardless of your diet. However, 80% of your physique is a result of what you eat. 20% is exercise. It is possible to lose weight without exercising. But this way it takes much longer for the weight to come off. Any exercise will help to accelerate your weight loss. But exercise also has to be combined with healthy eating also.
Have you actually followed the Weight Watchers plan properly? Try to write out a food journal of everything you eat. Without this it is much easier to cheat, eating that extra biscuit etc. But by writing everything down. You tend to think twice.
Remember the weight did not go on over night, and it won’t come off over night. Stay determined, committed and be very, very consistent you what you eat.
