What are some of your weight loss motivators?

I do NOT want ‘thinspiration’ or ‘reverse thinspiration’ I have overcome bulimia and have been eating and dieting normally for the past three years.
I’d like to have a binder in which to keep all of my weight loss stuff, so if you can think of things to put in there please let me know.

    Whenever i come upon a fatty food i want to eat, i think about something gross that it’s made with. Like, if i have a craving for butter, i imagine swallowing a giant stick of butter, and it makes me lose my craving.
    If thinking about it doesnt work, then if you have a craving for salt, put a few (like 10-15) grains of salt on your finger and eat that. just eating a little bit of just plain salt will normally take away the craving, and same goes with sugar.
