Will I benefit from doing Weight Watchers and supplementing it with Alli as well?
I have been following the Weight Watchers plan, but I wanted to supplement it by adding the diet pill Alli as well. Only problem is, you are supposed to take Alli when you eat 15 grams of fat or more with each meal. Being on Weight Watchers my meals hardly ever reach more than 10 grams of fat let alone 15. Any advice on using the two together?
Alli, benefit, doing, from, supplementing, Watchers, weight, well
My daughter is on the Alli diet and she eats only lean cusines or meals like that. With the alli pill you eat 15 grams OR LESS not more per meal. So if you pair the two you should do fine. On the back of the meals, it tells you and you go by the TOTAL fat. Alli has a web site go there and check it out. My daughter has been on it since july (when it came out) and she is losing weight. It’s very slow but a healthy diet plan. She is 16 so it was the best choice for her and her doctor recommended it. They only thing is if you eat MORE than the 15 grams of fat at each meal, it WILL give you the runs, lol, so be careful. So far she has lost about 17 pounds. You also have to pick you calorie intake depending on your current weight and activity. Here is the website link:

Try that read about it and go for it. There is also a book with recipes that are pretty good and alot of tips and helpful info. It is called “The alli diet plan”. Hope this helps!
Good luck to you!!!
